Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Purpose of the Service Galanet Play is an IPTV platform available in Venezuela through an Internet connection, which allows the streaming of audiovisual content, live channels, and multimedia services on compatible mobile devices and Smart TVs. Access to the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access Conditions and Temporary Free Access

• Promotional trial period: Access to Galanet Play is available free of charge and for a limited period as an additional benefit to your Internet plan from GALANET SOLUTION, C.A., and therefore does not generate additional costs to your basic rate. Subsequently, Galanet Play will be offered as an optional additional service with its own fee. Each user will have the option to voluntarily subscribe to continue enjoying the content.
• Device limit: You may link up to ten (10) devices per account and enjoy up to three (3) simultaneous streams included with the service. Users who require greater capacity may contract additional profiles or screens, allowing the number of simultaneous streams to be increased to a maximum of five (5) screens simultaneously per account.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

• Automatic renewal: Access to Galanet Play will remain active automatically while your GALANET Internet service remains active and your payments are up to date.
• Cancellation: In the event of suspension, permanent termination, or cancellation of the Internet service, access to the Galanet Play platform will be deactivated immediately.

4. Payment Methods Payments for GALANET services may be made through Pago Móvil, bank transfers, authorized electronic payment gateways, or other channels officially enabled by the company.

5. Intellectual Property All content available on Galanet Play—including software, trademarks, design, images, audio, and video—is the property of GALANET SOLUTION, C.A. or is covered by the corresponding licenses and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The reproduction, retransmission, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of such content without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Availability GALANET strives to keep the service operational under high quality standards; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform when scheduled maintenance, external technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events occur.
